TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read through the following carefully before placing your order. We would also like to mention that any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organizations not affiliated with our online business.

CLOTHING

We make every effort to display and describe as accurately as possible our products.

All measurements are taken with the item laid flat and are stated in approximate cm. We are not responsible for any items that do not fit you correctly upon delivery which is why we provide measurements and a sizing guide. Items of course, may be returned.

We carefully handpick each item and we try our best to offer you items in excellent condition. However, as most of our clothing have been previously worn, do not expect that will not have some sign of age. All large faults will be listed in the item description, with the omittance of some small signs of wear as this is to be expected with vintage items.

DELIVERY

aims to dispatch goods every Wednesday and customers should expect to receive their goods within 3-4 working days of receiving an order confirmation.

Loin! Loin! cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures can differ from their actual colors. We cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, style, and size, and the reason for your return.

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms cannot be returned.

Skincare, cosmetics and hair care must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging, otherwise we will not accept them.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as when received and must be returned via trackable delivery to be eligible for a return.

Once returned the item will undergo a quality control check to ensure it has not been worn or used. When we accept the return, a refund or exchange will be issued

Loin! Loin! does not refund costs for shipment in case of return.

No international returns, unless buyer pays for full return shipping cost under the same guidelines as domestic purchases.
